In my projects, I make sure to deeply understand the users' needs and challenges. I engage with them through research like interviews and observations to gather real insights. This helps me ensure that my design solutions are truly user-centered and not based on assumptions.
Ideate
I enjoy the brainstorming phase because it pushes me to think creatively and explore a variety of potential solutions. Whether it's working on a bus system redesign or improving an eligibility quiz, I make sure to keep the ideation process collaborative and open, ensuring all ideas are considered before narrowing down the best ones.

Once I have enough user insights, I define the core problem I’m solving. In my past projects, like with KeyLime Interactive, I’ve used this stage to synthesize the research into clear, focused problem statements. This helps me stay aligned with the users’ needs and ensures the design is purpose-driven.
